What's the difference between terry, waffle, fleece and satin?
Terry is heavy loop-pile cotton and actually dries you. Waffle is a lighter cotton that keeps the cloth off your skin so it dries between wears. Fleece traps air and warms up fast, but does not absorb water. Satin absorbs nothing and stays cool – worn over bare skin, not out of the bath.
How are sizes measured?
By chest, measured under the arms all the way round, and by length from the shoulder seam to the hem, both measured flat in centimetres. Every product page gives both numbers for every size.
How long does delivery take?
1-2 business days to ship, then 7-12 business days in transit, with tracking.

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging. Bed socks, slipper socks and sleep masks cannot be returned once the pack has been opened, for reasons of hygiene.
