Your 30 days
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item. Write to bhjuicedealer@gmail.com with your order number first — we will send you the return address. Parcels sent back without notice cannot be traced to an order.
Condition
Items must come back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any labels still attached. For reasons of hygiene, bed socks, slipper socks and sleep masks cannot be returned once the pack has been opened. That applies to the item, not to your rights if it arrives faulty.
Who pays for the return
The cost of returning an item you simply changed your mind about is yours. If an item is faulty, wrongly sent or damaged in transit, we pay both ways.
Refunds
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of the parcel reaching us. Original shipping is refunded on a full order return, not on a partial one.
Faulty on arrival
Photograph the fault and email it within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund without asking you to send it back first, unless the item is worth returning for inspection.
