What we collect, and why
To take and ship an order we need your name, delivery address, email address and, where you give one, a phone number for the courier. Payment card details are entered on a page hosted by our payment processor and never reach this website.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the card details and the amount directly; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by accounting law. An account you created can be deleted on request, at the address above.
Cookies
The shop sets a cookie to remember the contents of your basket and, if you log in, to keep you logged in. These are required for the site to work. Any analytics or advertising cookies are set only if you accept them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above; we answer within 30 days. Residents of a Canadian province may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to their provincial equivalent.
