How long it takes
An order goes through two separate stages, and the total is the sum of the two:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed at the weekend start their preparation on the following Monday.
What it costs
$7.95 per order, whatever the size of the basket. Free once the basket reaches $79 before shipping. The amount is shown before you confirm the order, never after.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves. Deliveries in remote and northern communities can take longer than the range above; if a parcel has not moved for ten days, write to us and we will open a trace.
